In this post, I will share my experience how I use my YouTrip card to withdraw money from ATM in Malaysia.
Use my YouTrip card to withdraw cash in ringgit is pretty helpful in the event I need cold hard cash
For the first SGD$400 (per calendar month), there is NO any admin or withdrawal fee.
The exchange rate is attractive too (close to Google or online exchange rate).
Some screenshots from YouTrip FAQ.
I tried and manage to withdraw successfully without any issue.
Just take note the ATM pin is the pin you use to login into the YouTrip app.
Some terms and conditions.
I think the most important to note is the 2% withdrawal fee after the first SGD$400 withdrawal.
I withdrew RM100 at SGD$29.06 (equivalent to $1 to RM3.44).
Breakdown for my cash withdrawal fee. Free for first SGD$400 per calendar month, 2% fee thereafter.
I hope my experience will be able to help you in some way. Let me know if you have any question in my telegram community - https://t.me/sgbestbargain_community
