How to go Mid Valley Megamall from KL Sentral

There are two ways to go Mid Valley Megamall from KL Sentral using the train.

KTM Komuter train

Take the KTM Komuter train from KL Sentral to Mid Valley. It is only one station from KL Sentral to Mid Valley.

However KTM Komuter does not have single ticket, so we have to buy their Komuter Link Card or use Touch n Go card (Touch n Go app is not accepted).

We do not have the Touch n Go card and the Komuter Link Card costs around RM5 (can't really remember the cost) excluding the top up value. Since we only need for a single trip, it is kind of useless after that unless you are a frequent traveler or maybe you can use it for Batu Caves.

KTM Komuter train is also the train to travel to Batu Caves at RM2.60 per pax.

LRT Train

LRT Train is convenient to travel around KL. We went to KLCC, KL Chinatown, Merdeka Square using LRT.

In this post, we will share how we travelled from KL Sentral to Mid Valley Megamall with the LRT.

Buy a Single Token Journey Ticket to KJ17 Abdullah Hukum. It is only two stops away from KL Sentral. RM1.50 per pax.

Note that the train going to Abdullah Hukum is at the opposite platform of the train going to KLCC.
